Decor Bae sells gifting items and physical décor products, either manufactured by us or sourced through trusted suppliers. All products are sold only within India.

We try to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are in INR (Indian Rupees).
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (if supported by the payment gateway)

Orders may be cancelled if incorrect pricing or technical issues occur.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship through trusted courier partners using Shiprocket.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on location.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, or uncontrollable situations are not our responsibility.

  • Once shipped, we provide tracking details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for valid issues, such as:

  • Broken or damaged product on arrival

  • Wrong product delivered

No direct refund is offered for reasons like dislike, change of mind, or incorrect order placed by customer.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided only if:

  • The product arrived broken/damaged

  • Proof (photos/videos) is submitted within 2 days

  • Original packaging is intact

The decision to approve returns/refunds/replacements rests with Decor Bae.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Decor Bae may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

7. Customer Content Rights

If customers share photos, videos, unboxing content, or product reviews, they grant us the right to use this content for marketing, social media, promotions, or website listings, unless they request removal.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, images, product photos, text, and designs—is the property of Decor Bae.
Copying, distributing, or using any content without permission is prohibited.
