Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Decor Bae, we aim to provide high-quality gifting and décor products. If there is any issue with your order, please review our policy below.


1. Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for valid issues, such as:

    • Received a broken/damaged product

    • Received the wrong product

  • Returns for reasons like change of mind, dislike, wrong size ordered, etc. are not accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 2 days through WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the return based on the condition.


2. Refund Policy

Refund is available only in specific valid cases:

We provide refunds only when:

  • The product arrived broken/damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item cannot be replaced due to lack of stock

Refund is not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • No longer needed

  • Wrong product ordered by customer

  • Minor variations in color or appearance

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment gateway/bank.


3. Exchange / Replacement Policy

Exchanges or replacements are available only if:

  • You receive a broken, damaged, or defective product

  • You inform us within 2 days of delivery

  • You provide photo/video proof

  • The product is returned with original packaging

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Customer preference changes

  • Size or color preference issues

  • Products used or not in original condition

Replacement Process

  • After receiving back the product and verifying the issue, we will send a replacement of the same product.

  • If the same product is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit.


4. Conditions That Make Return/Exchange Invalid

Your return or exchange request may be rejected if:

  • The request is made after 2 days

  • The product has been used

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

  • Incorrect or insufficient proof is provided

  • The product is custom-made or personalized (if applicable)


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
